Her exact response was, “okay.” I don't remember my original experience's details, but I do remember thinking they were not very impressive. She was just as rude as the lady on the phone so when she asked if i'd like to reschedule, I told her that I thought everyone who I have encountered was just rude and i'd rather find a new place.
I never received a call, and she said she didn't even have me on the schedule. I got a date and time, and even had someone call and confirm it days before, but when I showed up today the lady said that the doctor had an emergency and that they called everyone on the schedule to cancel. Anyways, I ca lled not long ago to get an appointment because I hadn't been in a while and the lady on the phone couldn't have sounded more inconvenienced to assist me. I get it- no one wants to work anymore, especially for these low-wage, high-stress positions, but when you can't even schedule an appointment without getting snarky tones and rude remarks, it's just honestly ridiculous. I have to find a new place though because every person I have spoken to is just incredibly rude.
